My family and I were moving to the Billings area from Alaska due to a job change. Very quickly we realized we needed help finding a house to meet our needs with the market as insane as it is right now, the distance, and drinking from a firehose with work. Kerry was referred to me by a trusted friend. Very quickly she took the time to talk with my wife and I to find our needs and wants as well as set up our own portal to review suggestions based off our initial and ongoing conversations. My wife and I immediately trusted her. Based on feedback from us Kerry was able to fine tune the search. Kerry was able to get the inside scoop on a house coming to market she said would be the one. We were in AK at the time and unable to fly down to inspect in person. She was also able to get a tour before it went on the market that she facetimed so we could see the house details. Was she right! This house was perfect for our needs. Others also liked it as well. There ended up being 12 offers on the house including ours in less than a day. We told her we really wanted it. She said if we really wanted it to follow her advice. We did without question. Kerry was even able to make a personal sales pitch about us to the sellers and their realtor. We won! The house has not disappointed. I have gone through this process a few times. Every other time I learned something to watch out for or wish I would have done different. Kerry made this the smoothest and most seamless ever experienced. I am still amazed 6 weeks in how well it went especially from that far away. It seriously could not have been better. Since the house sale I have hit her up for questions regarding services and recommendations as needs arise. She still responds and helps as if I am still a client. Why waste your time with anyone else?

My wife and I began searching for a piece of land in the Montana and Wyoming area a little over a year ago. We we’re having very little success and were having a hard time finding a realtor that we could depend on to help us and really give us any attention. That all changed when we were lucky enough to meet Korynne. She instantly made us feel as though we we’re her top priority even though we weren’t looking to break the bank on a piece of property. From the beginning Korynne listened to what we were looking for, and found us some beautiful properties to look at, most of which we weren’t even aware were on the market. Throughout the process we hit every bump in the road imaginable but Korynne never lost faith in our desire to find the perfect property even though we did. She constantly found us new properties to look at and even inspected them before we flew out to look at them to ensure it was exactly what we were looking for. In the end, Korynne showed us a piece of property we absolutely fell in love with in Wyoming, the only downside was Korynne was unable to represent us in Wyoming. We felt we owed it to Korynne to find something else that she would be compensated for helping us with, but she wouldn’t have it. She wanted us to find out dream property no matter what. She assisted us from the offer to closing making sure everything went smoothly even though she was not able to be compensated for it. We ended up getting our dream property and it wouldn’t have happened without Korynne Kern. We have done a lot of real estate transactions with some great and not so great people, but we can say without a doubt Korynne Kern is the most honest, hard working, organized, dedicated and selfless agent we have ever met. We owe our dream of owning a piece of Big Sky country to Korynne and we consider her not just our go to agent but a friend. Tyler was always there when we had a question to ask or a house to view. He knows this town well -took us to so many different houses to look at and finally we found one we purchased through him. He’s prompt, he’s professional, he’s on time, he’s a man of his word, and he did unending amount of negotiations and dealings we had to do after the purchase of our house.
