Sydney was a true partner through the sale of our townhome. She was honest about setting the price, created a detailed and authentic listing and kept us well informed through it all. We listed to the market and she did a great job of keeping us informed about showings. Even after we had an offer, Sydney didn't stop. She worked to secure an back-up offer which we ended up needing after the first offer fell through. In the end, we got a price that exceeded our expectations. Through the process, she answered all of our questions, was very responsive and kept us informed. She made what could have been a very stressful process, easy. All through a pandemic.

There are not enough words to express how amazing Kelsey is as a realtor. She truly made the selling process smooth and easy. She went above and beyond to make our house look amazing for photos without having to spend money on "props" to stage our space. She worked with us one-on-one from the beginning to help us identify things that would help highlight the best features of our home. She worked to get our home in front of the right agents and the right buyers and we were able to sell our home quickly and above the asking price. We will happily work with Kelsey again in the future.

Dave provided everything we needed when my mother passed away and we had to sell her home. He was very prompt, professional, and sympathetic in a time when we needed all of those things. He explained the local market to us along with our options and a good strategy for selling the home including general tax implications. He also offered great recommendations for getting the home ready for sale. I would highly recommend David Stone for any seeking to buy or sell a home in the Flathead.

We started our home buying/selling journey back in late 2019 and more specifically pre-Covid. It was clear early on that the market was confusing to traverse and we were struggling to get the support we needed from our first real-estate agent. Right when we were questioning if we would need to go with another company, we got paired with Maddy! Maddy was such a breath of fresh air through the whole process and was so knowledgeable and eager to do the research to make sure we were putting ourselves in the best position to both buy our new home and sell our old one. She eagerly stepped up to the challenge that Covid added to our plight and not once did we ever feel like things were slipping through the cracks! Maddy was always available to answer our never-ending questions and to connect us with the right contractors/resources to get everything we needed done ahead of selling. And when it came down to contract negotiations/follow-ups, we never had to think about anything because Maddy already had it handled for us. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and are crossing our fingers that she'll still be in the industry when we are ready to sell our home in 20-30 years!!
