Kerry Martinson is all I could have hoped for in a realtor. Knowledgeable; There is simply no aspect of the realty business that she doesn’t understand, inside and out. She helped me significantly with the loan process, appraisal and closing. Buying; It took several months to get the house that I purchased. Kerry was honest with me but never tried to sway me one way or another. She noticed faults and attributes of the houses that I never would have seen. Selling; Kerry knew it would be quick and we got top dollar for my house. She handled a couple tricky situations with incredible professionalism. Professionalism; This should be Kerry’s middle name. I truly appreciated how kind and patient she was with me during this very stressful time in my life. She handled problems before I even knew they existed. She showed me so many houses and never made me feel that I was wasting her time. I’m sure she knew I would not like some of the houses we toured, but she was gracious and never rushed me. Kerry is not just a great realtor, she is a kind, honest and caring person. I don’t think I got special treatment, I think Kerry treats all her clients like she treated me.

Steve found us the property where we built our "dream" retirement home and then, 20 years later, helped us sell it. He brought us four offers the first two days it was on the market and we picked one the second day. He really knew the market and our property. He gets our highest recommendation. I can honestly say that I probably would not have bought a home if it weren't for Kerry. She walked me through every process, made sure I was getting good deals, and looked for homes in good parts of town. I lived several hours away from my current home so Kerry went to every inspection on my behalf and would call me afterwards to tell me how it went. She's very easy to get ahold of and would always take time out of her busy schedule to answer questions. She made buying a home as seemless as possible and I'll always be thankful for that. If I ever need to purchase another home in the future, I will most certainly go through Kerry again.

Lindsey was a true dream to work with! And I was all over the board! Acreage. The City. Tiny. By the lake. Luxury. And at the end she found it for me! Why because she listens......so she sent it all! And we discussed it all! By the time we were finished she felt like an angel. And she helped with so many of my questions and needs. I'm looking to purchase within the next 18 months and she's who I'll go to.....and will recommend her to everyone. If you're not hearing from her, that's cuz she's working for you.........searching, looking again. She'll bring her laptop and put in an offer for you right at the showing! Romy Caro did an excellent job selling my Mom’s house and 5 acres! My Mom had never sold a house, but Romy made the process efficient, understandable. She closely communicated with my Mom throughout the entire process, and was always available when we had questions or concerns. The listing and pictures were professionally done, and Romy ensured a wide distribution on real estate sites and to other realtors. Romy facilitated contact with a professional title company, mobile notary, and personally checked my mom’s house on a regular basis. She even discovered an issue with a natural gas regulator and was available for the repairman to fix the problem! She is personable, listens, is patient and fun! I would highly recommend Romy for your real estate needs, whether selling or buying in the Flathead Valley and surrounding area.
