Stephanie with Krueger and Company is simply amazing. She has sold a $1,000,000 home for us, found my husband and I our perfect downsize home. She has sold my sons starter home and found him an awesome family home for his family of 4. My daughter moved back to town with her new husband, Steph found them the perfect condo!! She listens to what you need, & want and shows you only what you want to see. I, as well as my family, never felt pushed into a buy. She is very competent all the way through the closing. Kerry did great. We sold our house for asking and quickly. She also navigated our freaking out moments during the closing time and helped tie up any loose ends after we had to leave for our new home in a different state. Like many others, I strongly dislike giving a significant chunk of my houses proceeds to a realtor, but if anyone is going to make that sting a bit less it's Kerry. Thanks!
