Dave's experience and qualifications include: Vice President, Director of Business Development and Director of Education - Coldwell Banker Wachholz & Co., Graduate of the CCIM Institute, Bachelor's and Master's degrees - University of Oregon, Undergraduate study at Rutgers University and Colegio de España, Salamanca, Spain. Dave lived and worked in Vancouver, BC; Tanzania, East Africa; and Queensland, Australia.
