PureWest Christie's International Real Estate’s Annual Parking Lot Sale was a resounding success this year, raising over $3,000 for the Billings Firefighters Benevolent Fund.
Held on Friday, July 11th, outside the PureWest Billings office at 525 Henry Chapple Street, the fundraiser drew strong community support through donations, volunteer efforts, and enthusiastic shoppers.

The event benefited the Billings Firefighters Benevolent Fund, a local nonprofit that supports families displaced by fires, assists firefighters with medical expenses, provides aid to those injured or facing serious illness, and more. Every cent raised during the sale went directly to the organization.
“This fundraiser is one of our favorite annual traditions,” said Sheila Larsen, PureWest owner. “We’re incredibly grateful to our clients, friends, and community members who contributed gently used items, shopped the sale, or simply helped spread the word. Together, we made a meaningful impact.”
Items that remained unsold at the end of the day didn’t go to waste and were donated to Creative Treasures Thrift Store, a nonprofit organization that provides opportunities and support for adults with disabilities. The donated items were valued at approximately $8,000—a testament to the overwhelming generosity and participation from the community in donating gently used goods.
The success of the event highlights the strong spirit of generosity and community connection in Billings. PureWest Real Estate plans to continue hosting the annual parking lot sale and looks forward to finding new ways to support local causes in the future.
