Trails West became PureWest in 2015. Dan’s son, Sean Averill, had expanded Trails West Realty into the Whitefish real estate market—and throughout the Flathead Valley —and then purchased a Bozeman real estate company named PureWest, expanding our network across western Montana. He also joined forces with Dale Crosby Newman, owner of West Venture Real Estate, cementing PureWest Real Estate’s legacy as the largest independently-owned real estate company in Montana. Our current locations include Whitefish, Kalispell, Columbia Falls, Bigfork, Lakeside, Polson, Hamilton, Missoula, Bozeman, Big Sky, and Ennis. Most recently, we’ve grown into the south-central region of Montana with new Billings and Red Lodge locations.
Today, our affiliation with Christie’s International Real Estate and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World expands our reach from Montana to other points around the globe and increases our access to luxury real estate properties.
