Looking for some delightful summer reading? The 2021 issue of Pure Montana magazine, the exclusive lifestyle magazine published by PureWest Christie’s International Real Estate, is available now on newsstands across Montana or online here.
In addition to beautiful properties from all corners of the state, Pure Montana features engaging articles about the cities and communities that make the Treasure State a true gem, from the exciting new Parkline Trail in Kalispell to Bozeman’s burgeoning brewery scene. A series of articles throughout the magazine also highlight and discuss current home trends from in-home fitness to guest houses.

PureWest Gives Back
At PureWest, we believe that a community is strongest when we all pull together for the greater good, and Pure Montana 2021 features three of the nonprofits our local agents and offices support. In Bozeman, the One Valley Community Foundation takes a bird’s eye view of the issues facing the entire Gallatin Valley and helps donors and nonprofits focus their efforts to do the greatest amount of good. Emma’s House, an accredited Children’s Advocacy Center in Hamilton, helps young victims of abuse in Ravalli County become children again. In Kalispell, Samaritan House provides shelter and a transitional living program to address homelessness in the Flathead Valley.

Feature Story: Restauranteur Pat Carloss
This year’s issue also includes an in-depth interview with Pat Carloss, the Flathead Valley restauranteur behind Tupelo Grille and Abruzzo Italian Kitchen in Whitefish, Gunsight Saloon in Columbia Falls and the newly-opened KM Bar and Mercantile Steak in Kalispell. He shares how a kid from southern Louisiana found his way to the Flathead and what still makes it a great place to call home.

Featured Properties
And of course no PureWest Christie’s publication would be complete without a sampling of the beautiful homes available across our vast Montana lands. From small-town Ennis to booming Missoula, it’s easy to find a Montana dream—or several—that suit your fancy. One new opportunity of note featured in this issue is The Homestead, a 1,400-acre development of luxury homesites and incredible amenities just minutes from downtown Whitefish.

At PureWest, we promise to help make your new home dreams come true, whether they’re for the convenience of the city center or the solitude of our state’s wide-open spaces. We know that just as a home is more than a house, real estate is more than a transaction. Our real estate agents believe in relationships for life, relationships that are built on knowledge, trust, and integrity.
