RealTrends, which identifies the country’s largest and most successful real estate agents and firms, has released its lists of the 2021 top real estate professionals with their America's Best rankings. PureWest is proud to announce that 12 of our agents made the list of the top 50 Montana agents and the top 1.5% of all Realtors in the nation, and the Whitefish Lake and Bergquist Donnelly teams were recognized for their overall team performance.
Top-Producing Agents and Teams
Mike Schlauch, of the Bozeman PureWest team, was the number one real estate agent in Montana, based on residential sales volume in 2020. Also in the top 50 from the Bozeman office are Caleb Campbell, Bill Boyce, and Trent Lister; from Whitefish, Keven Guercio, Tanya Gersh, and Lindsay Fansler; from Big Sky, Sandy Revisky and Jackie Miller; David Fetveit of Lakeside; Jennifer Shelley of Bigfork; and Bobbi Lockhart of Hamilton.
PureWest’s Whitefish Lake Team was recognized in two categories: the #1 team in Montana for total residential sales volume and the #4 team for the overall number of transactions. The Bergquist Donnelly Team, specializing in the Missoula and Bitterroot Valley, was the #4 team in the state for total residential sales volume.
