While the forecast for the future is unclear, the current safety measures in place within our country allow for the opportunity to rediscover some old, yet cherished habits: enjoying the comfort of our own homes, reading more books, trying new recipes, giving our pets extra love, and above all, recognizing the little things we sometimes take for granted. This could mean spending quality time with our families, appreciating good health, practicing self care, and checking on our neighbors.

We continue to adjust appropriately to how we do business while serving you to the best of our ability. Thankfully, although many of our office locations are closed, the internet allows for human connectivity to extend far beyond our physical location. Practicing social distancing and conducting real estate business do not have to be mutually exclusive concepts. Through the power of technology, agents can host virtual consultations, listing presentations, showings, and even closings with their clients without leaving their homes. We are also harnessing tools like social media, virtual tours, 3-D walk-throughs, professional photography, and FaceTime to showcase our listings without putting anyone at risk.
