Sales of Ravalli County and Hamilton homes have steadily risen since 2015, according to our market trends reports. In PureWest’s most recent trends analysis, we reported a total gross sales volume of $106,481,085 in Hamilton in 2019, compared to $40,608,774 in 2015, fewer than five years ago.
Luxury listings ($950,000 list price) saw a jump in both listing and selling prices, with an average list price of $1,994,024 (up 9.328% from 2018), and an average sold price of $1,715,184 (up 13.237% from 2018).
