It's not often I give a 10 ... but Lindsay Fansler earned it!! Lindsay showed us several homes in 1 day and gave us some realistic feedback on each of them. He did not ever put any pressure on us one way or another. His knowledge and input on the area was most helpful in getting a good feel for an area we didn't have a lot of knowledge about past the basics. Once we made our choice and began the negotiation phase ... Lindsay was very prompt and responsive in addition to providing helpful info to move things along in a manner that was comfortable for us.
