Over ten years ago Matthew sold property north of Polebridge. So when it came to selling the family home in Columbia Falls, I called Matthew. The home had a few additions which weren't at building inspection code. We had to find a buyer that would take the asset "as is". Matthew is an excellent communicator. Not only did I appreciate his had work, but he wouldn't waste my time with irrelevant information. I'm a CPA in Alaska, and accordingly, I will only deal with someone with high ethical standards. Working with Matthew was a great experience. He is extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market, including the properties for sale and the realtors that list them. His website is very helpful in searching for properties and he provides clients with a great email alert for the types of homes/properties that they are looking for. We can not say enough good things about Matthew Hohnberger! He began trying to sell our log home in Kalispell after another agency had it for six months. Within a week, the family who bought it had some of their family fly in to see it and that was IT! We had moved already but were able to talk with Matthew frequently. All our business was mostly done on the phone and internet! Honestly, Matthew really knows his business! We are so very thrilled we asked for his help! He even had another buyer ready to make an offer had we not closed when we did! All the paperwork was "signed & sealed" within about six weeks! We also recommended Matthew to our dear friends/neighbors in that area...he sold their home in short order as well; he may have helped them locate the new place they just closed on in Whitefish!
