Matthew Hohnberger is an excellent real estate agent with vast knowledge of the Flathead Valley real estate market, water rights, land, etc. I highly recommend this agent to anyone looking for land and/or a home to buy in the area. Matthew Hohnberger is an exceptional real estate agent. He is very in tune with the local market. Matthew is honest, hardworking, and will do his best for you. Some real estate agents don't respond in a timely fashion, but that has never been our experience with Matthew. He has excellent communication skills. We ran away from REal estate agents before as we didn't see what they added to the home buying-selling process. In our previous home sales and buys we were happy without a real estate agent. This time around the house we wanted was under contract with Matthew and he managed to totally change our perception of what a good real estate agent adds to the whole stressfule buying/selling process. He is now a good friend with which we hang out a lot and he continues to impress us with his knowledge and smarts.
