I've bought property through him , and have now sold property through him. Always professional , thorough , and quick to respond. His knowledge of the area and unique requirements of the area is impressive. I will use him again for any other transactions I have in the future. Mathew drove the potential buyers many times on a dirt roads to show the spectacular views from the property we had for sale. He walked with the buyers on the property trails. His knowledge of the North Fork was very helpful for the property sale.

Matthew did an outstanding job selling a difficult "off the grid" property. He knows his market well. He is timely efficient and is very realistic in is forecasts. Quite a charming and very responsive fellow to work with. I wish I had another property to list with him!
