Matthew helped me recently with an acquisition in the North Fork which was a lengthy, arduous negotiation right up to 5 minutes before closing, literally. Throughout the process he was timely, informative, willing to research everything I asked, willing to go the extra mile, and kept a sense of humor and smile. I have had considerable experience in buying and selling real estate in multiple jurisdictions. I would not consider anyone else for a real estate transaction in NW Montana.

As we continue to accumulate investment properties, Matthew will be a significant part of our process. Subsequent to the above review, we purchased another rental property with Matthew's assistance. Again, his understanding of our requirements enabled him to efficiently conduct his search and the purchase. Matthew was with us every step of the way, we've purchased many properties before but Matthew is the only agent we've had who insists on attending closing. This was a long distance transaction and Matthew was extremely helpful in keeping us up to date with everything that was going on every step of the way. Real estate in Montana is very different from Missouri so that was extremely important.

We have worked with Matthew over the last 2 years (2016 - 2018) as we have searched for our dream home (off the grid) in the Glacier National Park region of northern Montana in the North Fork Road area.
