Bethany is extremely approachable and is very responsive to questions. She has been very helpful to me as I navigate the purchase of a property in the Whitefish / Kalispell area. She answers communications quickly and if she doesn't know something, she finds out and gets back right away. It doesn't matter if it's an evening or a weekend, she always answers texts and emails. I have thoroughly enjoyed all our interactions. She works hard and is willing to go above and beyond to please a client.

Bethany was an awesome realtor with years of experience in Whitefish, Columbia Falls, and Kalispell Montana ! She helped us find exactly the type of acreage and home we were looking for ! She balanced our personal research w/ her extensive knowledge of the local market; and showed us comparable homes on smaller lots, ski properties, lake properties, and helped us with property management advice as well. This lady is SPOT ON! She has absolute knowledge of the flathead valley, she took her time with us to try to meet our needs and show us some homes to get ideas even though we aren't ready to make a move yet. She prioritized us and that spoke volumes. She is great to talk with, be with in person, and she has the much needed energy and drive to be a huge success without being overly pushy, and we loved that about her! She is just THE BEST!

Sorry my response has not been sooner. Computer problems have kept me significantly isolated. Solved now at the expense of sounding rhetorical. Bethany Johnson has been outstanding in securing me with the home I have been looking for. I lived in the Las Vegas area and made several trips up to the area I was most interested in, namely Polson, Montana. Bethany went out of her way in more than just traveling to Polson for me, but in many other ways of financing through the Veterans Home Loan process, inspections and in several financing choices that made it "tailor" made for my particular financing needs. She has been very honest and straight forward and I am fortunate to have found her. My "complicated" move was made much more trouble free through her diligence and hard work. While I was moving she took care of many things that a Realtor would not have done. Specifically, helping me procure yard equipment and the V. A. inspection process and the subsequent repair work that had to be done. I could go on here but you get the idea, she recognized my home buying needs and then gave results that are second to none. I would recommend Bethany anytime to anyone looking to buy a home. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to give my opinion on a job that was well done and detailed.
