Stephanie is honest and listens to what you are looking for. She doesn't try to over sell you. She always answers or returns your calls as quickly as possible. She knows the area extremely well. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the different financing options. She presented our offer and negotiated very well. We didn't have to worry about a thing, Everything was handled for us and there were no Surprises

We met Stephanie Krueger at an open house about a year ago. She was very knowledgeable about our area, and we requested she and another realtor do a marketing analysis of our home. Her analysis was very thorough and the evaluation of our home was over and above what we had anticipated.Our home was sold to the first buyers less than 24 hours after it was listed for the full asking price. We would certainly use Stephanie as our realtor in the future and have and will recommend her to others.

Stephanie Krueger is an excellent choice for your home purchase. I have never met a nicer person who actually embraces the idea that she works for you. If you are not sure if you are ready to purchase and just want to look, Stephanie is patient and will work with you. I felt very comfortable with her and working at our pace. When we were ready to buy we decided to look for a home in January and there was a lot of snow on the ground. The day we had scheduled to see some homes with Stephanie turned into a blizzard. I have to say I was impressed with her determination to get us into all the homes we wanted to see. I will never forget our first day and how we developed a true friendship. I can't tell people enough how wonderful Stephanie is at her job. She works hard to make sure you are happy and she looks out for your best interest. She has great work ethics and embraces her role as your advocate during the entire process of your purchase. She was so awesome that my parents even found a house to buy during the same time period and they hadn't even planned on it. She closed two homes within several weeks and both my family and my parents ended up being blessed with a home just down the street from each other. She is amazing. We are so glad we had an opportunity to meet Stephanie and we will recommend her to anyone we know who is looking to purchase their home.

Stephanie was extremely helpful in helping us find property in her local area. Since we are a long distance away from that area, Stephanie was instrumental in alerting us when a property was available. She handled every step of the process in negotiating with the owner, informing us of each step needed to complete the transaction. When closing time arrived, she was at our side to give us keys to the new property. Without her help, this purchase would not have become a reality. We are extremely thankful for her dedication and support in finalizing this purchase.
