Dawn established a professional relationship with us and earned our respect and trust. In 2014 Dawn showed us numerous properties. Within a very short time period she was able to focus on "the right properties" that met our criteria. She also helped us negotiate the purchase of an airplane hangar at Ennis Airport with an adversarial seller. During the process she referred us to a friend with extensive aircraft hangar experience who was willing to visit the hangar and offer an opinion regarding its quality and condition -- an unexpected value-added benefit. Dawn is well connected in the region and is able to network, provide research, and give reliable advice. Working with her was a pleasure.

Dawn was a pleasure to work with. She didn't give up on us even though it took us a while to decide just what kind of property we were looking for and where. We didn't even know what town would best fit our needs. She knows a great deal about South West Montana and was able to help us narrow our search. We had to return to Arizona and she handled the negotiaton,home inspection, title company issues and any other problem all the way to the closing. We are still very happy with our purchase and thankful Dawn was our real estate representative. We are happy to recommend her as a real estate professional!

Dawn knows the area, has a lot of experience, is patient and really enjoys real estate (I don't just mean the profession, I mean she likes properties, is interested in them and in people's opinion of value). She has great negotiation ideas which benefit both parties and gets the deal done. She is responsive, hard working, and on top of the details. Highly recommend.

Dawn is great to work with. She has a wonderful personality. Easy to talk to, and listens intently to the details of the type of home or land you are looking for. She works hard to match your needs with the properties she shows you. She is always in good spirits and handles herself professionally. And during showings she come prepared with detailed information about the properties and covenants. I never feel pressured and each property visit is a great experience.

Since Dawn has branched out into the Internet sites like Zillow.com, more prospective buyers have seen & inquired about my property. Because of her hard work & insight, I feel that it won't be long before my property is sold! Dawn has been a real pleasure to work with!

Dawn has been a true pleasure to get to know. She has always shown us the upmost respect. And been very understanding of our purchasing time frame. Dawn does a great job of getting to know what your real estate needs and wants are. And maybe more importanly what your dreams and plans are for your real estate purchase. My wife and I have always said, "If we buy anything in Montana, Dawn will be our agent"! Cant image anyone not being please with Dawn.
