My husband and I had the smoothest home buying experience with Danni. We were living in Washington while looking for homes in Montana. Danni took the time to drive to different properties and gave us tours via facetime. When we found our dream home, Danni guided us through negotiations like a pro and was able to schedule and oversee inspections for us since we were out of state. The lenders, inspectors, and insurance agents she recommended were all wonderful and we appreciated having her guidance. Danni is an excellent communicator and so easy to work with. We can't recommend her enough!

We found Danni to be very professional and pleasant to work with and the activity on our home was immediate after we listed with her; things started happening, lots of interest and soon some offers came in. Before long the house was sold and we couldn’t be happier. Danni is a dedicated and motivated agent that is totally “on it”. She is a pro at getting top marketing exposure on your property. Other things we liked; she either answers a call or returns it promptly, she is from Missoula originally so is very familiar with the area, she has a good sense of marketing properties, is easy to talk to and has very good negotiating skills. We would highly recommend Danni whether you are a buyer or a seller.
