We met Rebecca through another client of hers and immediately enjoyed her professionalism, quick response time, familiarity with the area we were looking, and her insight into each home or lot we reviewed. We originally fell in love with the Flathead Lake area, but could not find any properties that met our needs in over a year of searching. However, during this time she continued to work diligently at finding us options, and finally we located a perfect lot for building our cottage on the lake. Being from out of town, her insight as to direction of the sun, how the waves hit the property, wind potential, and local services town, was necessary for us. Rebecca and her team were very professional and helped through all aspects of our search, review, and ultimate close of or new residence. This particular transaction faced numerous hurdles and challenges, but again Rebecca and her team worked diligently to help us through the process and work with the sell side to ultimately achieve a successful closing. There were several occasions during the negotiations where this deal could have easily fallen apart, but Rebecca kept a good attitude and a calm demeanor to get us to the closing line.

Rebecca and the Bergquist/Donnelly Team did an excellent job for me. Being 350 miles away, communication was important as well as relying on them to handle the job for me. The Bergquist/Donnelly Team did an outstanding job of marketing our one-of-a-kind log home/horse farm. Their custom, high-tech photography and internet savvy proved to be the "secret sauce" that found the perfect buyers for our ranch. I hadn't met Rebecca until she helped me put my townhouse up for sale, and she was awesome. She started with an asking price that was better than I expected, and then seemed to read my mind and suggested a lower price within a couple of showings. This was while my property had renters that because of their jobs kept difficult hours; working through this hurdle Rebecca nonetheless managed to show it to several prospective buyers. Within a few days, as she predicted, we had the townhouse under contract. From there until the final signing, which Rebecca was present for, it all went incredibly smooth. It was my first time selling a home and I was nervous, but her attention to detail and to the buyers and myself made a big difference in my piece of mind. She is attentive, knows the business and took really good care of everything. I recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
