I was lucky that I heard about Lauren King through word of mouth, right around the time I decided I was sick of renting and wanted a home of my own. I called her, told her my price range, ideal locations and she went to work. She'd send me a list of potential homes in the morning, and we'd be walking through them by the afternoon. I'd only rented up until that point so I relied on her expertise from day one until closing, on every aspect of the process. When I found the house I wanted, Lauren helped me come up with the right number to win a bidding war against 10 other potential buyers. I would (and already have) recommended Lauren to those ready to purchase a home. She's tenacious, very knowledgeable about the real estate market and won't hesitate to crawl under a house with a flashlight so you can check out the foundation.
