Months before I even moved to Billings, MT, I didn't know if I should rent of buy, right out of the gate. My friend who helped me get my job out here, gave me Korynne's number (she helped them get their house) to reach out and get an understanding the market. She was honest and straight up with us, recommended that we should honestly rent and get a feel for the place, that she would work with us to look around here and there, over the course of our first year here. Well, months went by, we moved out here, rented an apartment and about halfway thru the year we opened up the process of looking for a house. We got preapproved and started looking at Zillow. To be honest, I forgot all about Korynne. It had been about 7 months since we had been in touch. The first lender that we were with (Veteran's United), assigned us an approved agent that they work with, Korynne Kern. What a coincidence! Korynne really proved to be a realtor of the people. When Veteran's United gave us a bunch of unnecessary stress, we dumped them and Korynne hooked us up with a solid, local lender, Bob Jenkins at Western Security Bank. And what a breath of fresh air that was. You could feel that Bob and Korynne had a great repour; communication was on point between the three of us. When the sellers gave us a bunch of grief (which they did ALOT), Korynne did whatever she could to get answers/responses from them. She kept us informed, even just to tell us when she had no new information because of the other party withholding said information. When Bob had papers to be signed, she would reach out to make sure I got that information from Bob. At signing, she gave us a wonderful gift basket, which is something my wife and I have never had happen from a realtor, ever! And not that we need gifts or anything like that, it's just that it was totally unexpected and nice. Some of the things she put in there actually saved us these last few days as we have been doing renovations to the home. I want to note, that Korynne was expecting a child the whole time she worked with us and even gave birth between showing us homes. Then, she literally gave birth, and I kid you not, showed us a house 6 days later! And that is the house that we bought. So, long story short, Korynne was really legit. No one can say that she doesn't give her career and the client(s) everything she's got.

We love Korynne! She must be the hardest working person in real-estate. Almost everyday my wife and I sent her multiple listings to look into and get us a walk through. I think we had Korynne showing us at least three houses a day from the moment we started looking and pulled permit records from the city on those homes to give us all relevant information. After a month of this we learned she was due to give birth in two weeks but she assured us her team would still be available should we need anything or find more homes. In the end I think Korynne figured out what we wanted better my wife and I had sorted out for ourselves. Korynne showed us our forever home 4hrs after it went in the market and three days before she gave birth! Without missing a beat, she got our offer in, inspections arranged, and closing set up. She came to the signing with her beautiful baby (absolutely adorable). Korynne was there for us round the clock while about to give birth, and immediately after. There is no harder working person, man or women, in real-estate! We love Korynne and would recommend her to anyone looking for a home ❤️
