Danni Moore made our first time homebuying process as simple and clear as possible. She responded immediately to my first phone call, despite it being her day off. She gave us a good range of options within our budget (despite our budget being lower than many of her clients) and managed to get us an unscheduled viewing at a house near one of the others we were interested in and that's the home we ended up purchasing. During the bidding process another person outbid us initially, but the counter-offer Danni suggested we make was accepted. Her knowledge of the market and anticipating the needs/wants of the seller were instrumental in us getting the house for the price we did. She was prompt, professional and very communicative from start to finish. If I'm ever selling or buying property again in the future, Danni will be the first one I call.

Candice did a wonderful job of helping my mom purchase her first home. The real-estate market is incredibly busy right now but Candice always made time for us. Even last minute she was able to show us the home (twice), she always had time talk with us, answer questions and get back to us quickly. She made us feel like a priority from start to finish. We could not have found a better person to work with!!
