If you need to buy or sell a property, you want Stacy Sager as your agent. She kept us on track for months through a very challenging and complicated sale. We may have been every agent’s nightmare client. The house was a fixer-upper, there were unfounded legal challenges that delayed the process, AND we were managing the whole thing from another state!! When we thought it was hopeless, she provided smart counsel and kept us grounded. In the end, she proved right at every turn. Her initial valuation proved right on target, and we closed within expectations. But more than the economics, Stacy is knowledgeable, fights for you when you need it, can talk you off any cliff you’ve climbed up on….and…somehow…..is also….FUN to work with!!! My only regret is now that we've closed I'm no longer working with her on a regular basis!!! Call her!!!

Stacy Sager sold our house and the experience was wonderful. We knew that Stacy had our backs through the sell of our home. That was her number one priority. It wasn't the bottom dollar, it was our best interest. There were many times when anxiety would be on the rise and my husband would remind me "Stacy's got this. Relax!" He was right. Our house was sold in two weeks. On moving day, a giant storm hit the area and Stacy showed up to help in horrible weather. If you are looking for a realtor who always has your back, Stacy is the girl! She knows her profession and most importantly, she knows her clients are the priority.

Stacy was awesome to work with. Her and the team she works with made my land purchase as easy a possible. She had to work with many factors like the seller being out of country and my need to break the purchase up into phases. When i buy property in the future Stacy will be my go to agent.

Stacy, did a fabulous job helping us purchase our forever home in Red Lodge. Always professional, timely, and “real.” She was honest but when it came to personal leanings she kept this to herself as she recognizes this is not her forever home, but ours. Stacy is an upstanding, honest, big hearted soul. We would emphatically recommend her!

Stacy did an excellent job showing us what was available in the area. She had great insight on the homes in our price range and was a great advocate for us throughout the entire process. Most of all she was very sweet and friendly to my family! I would not hesitate to work with Stacy again.

We met Stacy while observing her represent someone else! We so liked how she handled her clients and their interests that we started using her ourselves. She is friendly and extremely competent. She knows the market and can help make those tough decisions at key points during a sale or purchase. Most of all one rightly feels that you have someone very good in your corner. After all, these are some of the most important transactions you will do. We are listing another property with Stacy soon and will use her into the future.

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Stacy. She took full control, last minute, of our search to find a place back in January 2019 and really helped us out. We had a tough time settling on a place and throughout the process, which included several trips from the east coast, a few video conferences where she walked through places real-time for us, and a ton of texts and phone calls on weekends as well as all hours of the day/night, she never lost any enthusiasm, patience, or professionalism with us. She always made us feel welcome. Her responsiveness was nearly instantaneous and very much appreciated. Ultimately, she found us a great place that we love. We would recommend Stacy and Montana Realty Company of Red Lodge to anyone, without hesitation.
