This review is long overdue but over the summer I had the privilege of having Andrea Molzhon as our realtor. It was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had! Backstory - Andrea & I have been friends for awhile, I babysat all her kiddos, she was a bridesmaid in my wedding, & naturally when my husband & I were ready to buy a home my 1st thought was to go through her. What I didn’t expect was to put an offer on 1 house (the first house we looked at) & close on that house a month later! My husband & I were so new to the whole housing market but Andrea put up with all of our questions (which was A LOT) & we had late night convos, weekend calls, the whole nine yards. Buying a house, especially your first home, is so nerve racking but Andrea made it flow so smoothly! Cannot thank her enough for the part she had in helping us buy our first home! If you want a seamless process within the housing market (especially in Missoula) — go with Andrea! You won’t be disappointed!!

Sheila Larson is the best! She answered every inappropriately times call and text, and went out of her way helping us find our house in Billings.We won't need a realtor again, cuz we won't ever move again... But if we did, we'd definitely use Sheila again.
