If you’re looking for the best realtor in Montana— you’ve found her. Kerry Martinson knows her stuff. She knows the market, she’s a fantastic communicator, & she know exactly how to get you the best price for your real estate. But the best part, for me, was that I could trust her. Kerry doesn’t pull any punches; she tells it like it is. I find that trait quite honorable and rare. Kerry also has an immense network of contacts. She knows who is in the market for what. She can connect you with all of the people you might need to make sure your property presents itself in the best manner possible. If Kerry suggests you do something to improve sales potential, do it. You knows what she’s doing. During a very difficult time, I put my Billings property in Kerry’s expert hands & returned to my home in another state. Kerry took care of everything & had the property sold in a couple weeks. I didn’t even need to return for the closing. Who could ask for more? I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kerry. We bought and sold a home with Kerry a few years back and had the best experience all around. Honest and hardworking, she will never leave you questioning if you are her top priority! Four years later we are in a sticky real estate deal in another state (not involving Kerry) and she takes the time to give me a call for some much needed advice. Customer service at a level that is hard to find today!
