After our superb experience with Danielle, it would really be hard to offer anything but exemplary feedback based on her stellar performance. Simply put, throughout a months-long process that required a lot of attention and care, she performed so incredibly well. Given the limited amount of space I’m permitted to use here, I’ll offer the following, which is by no means complete. (1) Local Knowledge – she knows this part of Idaho incredibly well, and always showed a willingness to learn even more in order to help, including finding related contacts (construction/repair, handymen, plumbing, engineering, etc); (2) Devotion – Danielle is incredibly thorough and attentive to ever detail at every step; (3) Care – She continually put my thoughts and concerns at top of mind and was ever-present, even when we realized the deal might not go through on several occasions; (4) Communication – This is always such an important consideration when guiding buyers through the home-buying process, and Danielle is so very well experienced here. She listens intently, gaining an understanding of the situation or concern, before developing a thoughtful response. In all, Danielle worked incredibly hard throughout this process, and I was very grateful for her constant guidance and support.

Danielle Lopez went above and beyond her duties as my realtor. I lived out of state and Danielle was available to answer my calls day and night. Danielle would also travel to the property and check on the progress of the build. She is extremely knowledgeable and very honest. I highly recommend Danielle. Should I ever need another realtor, I will hire Danielle.

We loved working with Danielle. She was so patient with us. She helped us clarify our housing desires which changed somewhat from what we first set out to accomplish. Danielle was very knowledgeable about all the various neighborhoods and developments. If we asked a question she couldn't answer, she brought in others that could answer or helped us investigate to find the answer. Most importantly, we felt she was honest with us regarding pros and cons of certain properties, rather than pressuring us to make a sale. We have already recommended Danielle to those seeking to buy homes, and are so grateful for her help to find ours.
