Buying a home is difficult enough but when it is 1,000 miles away everything is more stressful - the purchase contract is different, the property itself can be literally worlds apart from a buyers present location, the time zone is different- Crystal lead me through my purchase with calm and was always patient even when I am sure I asked the same question 10 different ways. Her responsiveness, including during weekends and after office hours, was the best. I think buyers or sellers can feel confident their needs are being looked after when working with Crystal as part of the team.

Excellent follow through on all details. Very organized and understands the local market. I appreciated that nothing in the entire sales and escrow process was left to chance because I hate surprises.
