My partner and I have worked with probably close to a dozen realtors in our property buying past, we have NEVER seen anywhere close to the service, professionalism or expertise that we saw with Heather Bybee (on Cole’s team). She was a tiger at negotiation, which was very competitive, which in all likelihood is the only reason we were able to “win” our dream home. And she negotiated with such skill that our offer was the best, signal as such to the seller, and still save us money in the end through use of an acceleration clause. After contract she continued to shine, assisting us with every aspect of the closing process, being proactive to our needs, insuring work was done as required, and even insuring the house was processionally cleaned. Even after she was paid she organized to have internet and insurance inspections completed...even after she was paid and had nothing to gain! She was extremely professional, extremely responsive (even on nights and weekends, and at a family reunion without cell service), and extremely pleasant to work with. We can not recommend her enough, she will always have our business. She truly embodies what a great realtor is.

Cole is the best realtor in Missoula for a reason. He went above and beyond all my expectations. His marketing was cutting edge and beautiful. The 3d tour was outstanding and allowed out-of-state buyers to see exactly what our wonderful home had to offer. He also did a video tour that showed the exterior of the home. Cole stayed in contact with us throughout the process. Once we got an offer he did a great job explaining all the forms and help us negotiate a fair sale price. I would refer Cole to my friends and Family.

I had to change realtors 4 months into my listing, Cole came in like a professional, with a strategic plan, took amazing photos, reasearched the best listing price, used feedback from viewers to calculate his next move, negotiated for the absolute best offer & then closed a solid deal. He stayed diligent until it closed. He is truly the wizard!

Cole was absolutely amazing for us. Our house was on the market with a different realtor for well over a year with no offers. Cole took a look at what we had been doing, updated all our photos to top notch ones and made a great game plan for us when we changed over to him. House was sold within 30 days. Cole followed up with all our requests and answered all of our questions. I could not be happier and am thrilled we chose Cole and Sotheby's.

Cole was extremely pleasant to work with. This was my first time buying a home and he made the process quite smooth. His knowledge of the area (which places are highly sought after, what will sell quickly, what will unlikely be able to negotiate, what places will have a better resale value down the road) was hugely beneficial in streamlining the process. He was also very flexible as far as my schedule was concerned to look at houses. Cole was realistic, honest, trustworthy, never pushy and extremely knowledgeable!
