We had an excellent experience with John Sinrud! We didn't know where to begin with evicting a bad tenant and John was so knowledgeable and offered valuable advice and guidance through that process. Once we got through the eviction, John helped us find a contractor for demolition since the house was beyond repair and then had the property sold just days after listing on the MLS! John is a very kind person who is so proactive, an excellent communicator, helpful, and very understanding. We can't thank John enough and would highly recommend him to others!
