Nancy went above and beyond. Unlike other realtors she communicated even on Sunday to ensure all documents were handled quickly and timely . I can’t say enough great things about her.

Austin is a wonderful agent and really took time to understand my goals and objectives. He was patient as my search took some time. Anyone would be lucky to have Austin Elm as their agent.

I've been looking for an investment property for a while. Despite this, Austin was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I live out of state and he was my boots on the ground. He continually offered help and support and insights into the market. Anyone would be lucky to have Austin Elm as their agent.

Tim McGinnis is a good, professional agent. He is knowledgeable of the Flathead Valley area and is current on trends in the market. He was responsive to my questions and quickly returned my phone calls. I found the auto sign app to be very helpful since the property was located in Polson and I live near Seattle, Washington. The offers and counteroffers were timely and accurate. All in all this was a satisfying experience. Sincerely, Douglas H. Kenmir

Ben Van Helden is a fantastic realtor! He knew what mattered to us while house hunting, and made every accommodation. We also really appreciated his ability to just let us look at a house and not be pushy in any way whatsoever. I would recommend Ben to anyone looking to buy or sell.
