I had a great experience with Sheila. She is super knowledgeable about the local market and acted fast to help us see the house we wanted and make an offer within 1 day of the house being in the market. She was our advocate but I also felt she was very fair and reasonable in the negotiation process. I will definitely use her for our future home purchases!

Sheila was, hands down, amazing to work with!! We came to her in November 2019 assuming we were going to be moving in Spring. It ended up being the end of Summer before we made the move and she helped us the entire time and didn’t give up on us. She was able to get us in to see homes on short notices when we’d make a spur of a moment trip to Billings. And she made sure she got us into the house we had our eye on for quite sometime.
