Nancy Curtiss is an excellent realtor! She did a thorough review of our property to set a sale price. She informed us of things to do to make our property look better and to freshen it up. We live out of state and she took it upon herself to do things we couldn’t get there to do ourselves before a showing. She was invested in selling our home in every way possible from start to finish. I would couch my recommendation not to the office but to the agent. Lindsay was communicative and available during all three transactions she has worked with us on. The last one was difficult due to the buyers agent being very self centered. In Lindsay we did find someone that did care more about the best for the client than the financial gain she could obtain from the transaction. Lindsay showed a character trait that is rare in this profession.

She has handled 2 of our properties while we lived in another state. She did a phenominal job really making things work for all parties and while still insuring our interests were protected.
