Chance is always available if you have a question. Very quick with his responses and knows what he is talking about! When he showed me properties he found something in my price range in the area I was looking for. Great experience. Chance also gave me a free market analysis on my home. Very helpful.

Chance is one of the best in his field. Very skilled and very professional in his work. He was able to answer all questions I had for him not only in a timely manner but also gave me helpful advice and guidance where it was needed. Chance helped me look at prices of listings and provided a number of alternatives based on the guidelines I gave him. At no point during working with Chance did I feel like I was limited on options or was confused on what I needed to do. All emails that I had sent Chance looking for guidance were responded to before I had a chance to put my phone down or to walk away from my work computer. Recently, my husband was offered a job in the Flathead Valley. With our six children, our family made the trip from San Diego, CA.
