Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Jennifer Shelley is the ultimate professional and service provider. She is very professional and considerate in her dealings with clients, other Realtors and existing home owners. She is patient and continually assists while the potential home buyer evaluates and alters their home criteria. I really appreciated her responsiveness to my calls and accommodating her schedule to my time. She often worked with us over long distances. She showed us approximately 20 homes over 4 days and offered others for our evaluation prior to showing.

Jennifer provided excellent analysis on the property I listed with her. She responded to my questions during the waiting process with thorough review of relevant information. When offer was Negotiated on a short timeline, she coordinated getting vendors in for necessary repairs. She made it as easy as possible for her client.

I would highly recommend Jennifer Shelley to anyone looking to list or buy property within her region. She is very knowledgeable about the area, and had presented all the properties we had inquired upon. Furthermore, when we had chosen a house, Jennifer followed thru with all of the inspection inquiries and was extremely beneficial in making that transaction go through. She has stayed in touch with us and is now helping us inquire about business property.

As a Canadian purchasing a vacation property in the US, I initially had no knowledge of the US process, the market values and condition, nor the support network required to make this work. Jennifer was fantastic--she handled all of my inquiries quickly and efficiently. She has continued to help me by providing contacts with trades and professionals, ensuring that I get the best help possible. As a lawyer with over 40 years experience in Canada, I have a huge appreciation for the added value that Jennifer brings to the table.

As a Foreign buyer I would recommend Jennifer she was very professional from the begnning to well after the purchase of our house. An exraordinary effort was made on her part after hours with teleconfrences and with general questions sometimes not so general, she was always fast to respond we had a great experience with her on the purchase of our place. Thanks Jennifer
