It seems we hit one road block after another. Every time I called David in a panic he was already "on it" and sounded confident. He seemed to always be looking ahead and making contacts that may be needed to take care of issues that kept coming up. I am so grateful for his persistence and positive attitude. When it looked like I would be out of the country when the closing finally happened David and the people he worked with on this sale made sure all things were set up to make it happen. I came home to the finished product and am thankful!

We worked with David over the course of 12 months to locate and purchase a home. David is very knowledgeable of the Flathead Lake real estate market, and was very responsive to all of our requests. He provided excellent advice, offering pros and cons to different communities and different homes that we considered. He listened to our needs and wants, and his recommendations reflected his understanding of our housing goals. David was particularly helpful in dealing with us as remote buyers. We were living in Virginia and wishing to buy in Montana. He provided excellent, timely information via email and telephone. He even gave us a guided tour of the property that we eventually purchased via Facetime. During the negotiation process David offered us good advice and represented us well. We required the purchase to be coordinated with the sale of an investment property in Virginia, by way of a 1031 exchange. David managed the Montana end of this complicated transaction very effectively. David guided us through the entire negotiation and settlement process and gave excellent recommendations for service providers, as we needed several projects to be completed upon closing. David was always calm and friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He was instrumental in giving us a warm welcome to our new home and community. We strongly recommend David for home purchases in the Flathead Valley, and particularly on and around Flathead Lake.

I would highly recommend David Fetveit to anyone that is searching for property. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Has a honest quality which makes you comfortable working with him. When looking at property with him he looked for signs of problems and commented on the quality of construction, finish, etc. He gave us good advice which was much respected as well as appreciated.
