Kerry was a great realtor. We used her to purchase a home. Her knowledge of the area was excellent and her knowledge of homes and potential problems proved very valuable. We liked her so much we used her to sell our home too, and she was excellent. She gave us realistic appraisals, and knew of good contracts to fix small odds and ends for a good deal. She marketed our home aggressively, which lead to a speedy sale even during record breaking snow fall.

Kerry is by far the BEST realtor I have ever worked with. She went above and beyond what I would call her regular duties. I don’t know how she did it, but we always felt like she put us at the top of her list, and I know her list was long!! Moving is beyond stressful and Kerry did all the heavy lifting for us with compassion and patience. I never want to move again, but I know we will. Kerry will be our realtor, without question.
