When a friend needed help selling her home, I called Dave Stone. I knew him well enough to know he would treat us fairly, which was our first priority. But I also had confidence that Dave's experience with our market would help us price the property to sell within our time requirements. A bonus was that he knows people in the valley that can get things done on short notice and at a reasonable cost. That was a big help when we needed to address some buyer's requirements to close the deal. And lastly, Dave is a good communicator. If he wasn't immediately available by phone or text, he always got right back to us. I can't say enough good things about Dave and his team. My wife and I were in the challenging situation of having to sell my parents' home in the Flathead Valley while living out of state.
