Wendy was great during my home shopping journey. This was my first home buying experience and she was great at steering me through the intricacies of foreclosures and short sales. I settled on a short sale home and it was a long process that was at times frustrating and tested my patience, Wendy was always supportive and understanding when I would be at my limit of patience. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking around the Solano county area.

My husband & I moved to Big Sky in 2000 and rented for awhile until we felt like we were ready to find the right place to settle down. We had never owned our own home before and were unsure of whether to do our own research and try to manuver the buying process ourselves or hire a real estate agent. We were a bit intimidated with the idea of trying to handle all the legality issues ourselves since we had never gone through the process before. We were referred to Sandy Revisky through a mutual friend and upon meeting with her we immedialtely felt at ease. Sandy showed us several properties that were in our price range and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of one location vs. another. I was impressed with how honest and professional Sandy was and we knew that she truly had our best interests at heart. Sandy walked us through each step of the buying process and made sure that we were comfortable with our decisions. She made the entire process so easy for us that my husband and I commented how fortunate we felt to not feel like we were "stressed out" like many of our friends said they were when they had bought their first home. We enjoyed our condo in the Meadow Village for about four years and then contacted Sandy again when we were ready to expand our living space after having our daughter. Sandy successfully sold our condo within the timeframe we had hoped for and was also was our agent when we found a piece of land that we wanted to buy and build a house on. I truly feel like Sandy made our dream of building our own home in Big Sky possible by matching her expertise of the real estate market with just what we were looking for.

Dawn is great to work with. She has a wonderful personality. Easy to talk to, and listens intently to the details of the type of home or land you are looking for. She works hard to match your needs with the properties she shows you. She is always in good spirits and handles herself professionally. And during showings she come prepared with detailed information about the properties and covenants. I never feel pressured and each property visit is a great experience.

Through the process of buying a foreclosure, Wendy helped keep me sane with all of the ups and downs that we incurred with the seller and had a lot of patience with my impatience. It all worked out for the best in the end and I ended up with the RIGHT house. Thank you Wendy for all your help!

The effort, support, and dedication Mr. Devin Khoury provided during my home search far exceeded my expectations. I'm not the easiest client having to travel on a weekly basis, however Mr. Khoury was very flexible with his schedule and communicated with me seamlessly to ensure a smooth transaction. He was professional, respectful, and proved he worked diligently to find the right home for me based on location and price range. Furthermore, I never felt ‘pressured’ into buying unwantingly and was regularly assisted on all the necessary steps in completing the transaction. Since Dawn has branched out into the Internet sites like Zillow.com, more prospective buyers have seen & inquired about my property. Because of her hard work & insight, I feel that it won't be long before my property is sold! Dawn has been a real pleasure to work with!

Dawn has been a true pleasure to get to know. She has always shown us the upmost respect. And been very understanding of our purchasing time frame. Dawn does a great job of getting to know what your real estate needs and wants are. And maybe more importanly what your dreams and plans are for your real estate purchase. My wife and I have always said, "If we buy anything in Montana, Dawn will be our agent"! Cant image anyone not being please with Dawn.
