Jennifer is great to work with. When she is representing a buyer, that I am helping with financing, I know she is taking care of her part of the transaction so I can concentrate on the financing part. Jennifer was absolutely the most communicative and efficient realtor I have ever worked with, from beginning to end. In fact, no one has combed through and understood a HUD (closing) like Jennifer. She found mistakes and saved me money right up to closing. In addition, the other party was somewhat difficult and Jennifer masterfully moved the transaction forward like she had been born to do real estate.
