I met Dave a few years ago when he filled in for a colleague and showed me a commercial property. I was struck by his knowledge and thorough approach which belied his role as a last minute fill-in. Flash forward a year and I ran into him again completely by chance. This time he was the listing agent on a multi family property. I had misgivings about his ability to deliver a buyer's view of things when they would definitely disappoint the seller. However, I decided to give the benefit of the doubt. He did a wonderful job. Since that time I have worked with him exclusively. In the last few years he has been my agent in the purchase of two commercial properties, the leasing of a property and the sale of a residence. Through them all I have found a consistency of professionalism and integrity on Dave's part.
