Josh was amazing. We had a tricky closing and tense negotiations throughout the process to include a complete roof replacement before closing. Josh walked us through it all. If he didn’t know the answer to a question he said so and then promptly got the answer from his team of experts. I highly recommend Josh and Shelby, they are amazing and always look out for their clients.

My realtor, Matthew was great! Without him, I do not think that the sale of my home would have gone through. He work over time to ensure that things were being done that the buyer's realtor should have been doing. Unfortunately, that realtor, was also a member of PureWest. I felt with him being new in the business and working with clients that also were new home buyers, there were a lot of mistakes that were made that if not for Matthew, this deal would have gone South.

Lindsey Erickson did a great job at finding a property that fit my needs/wants. As a first time homebuyer she really helped walk me through the process, provided excellent advice, and was honest with me. A true professional and was on top of all the necessary paperwork and anything else that came up. Definitely went above and beyond what she needed to do, I would recommend her services to anyone. I was very impressed and happy I got to work with her. I would work with her again if the need arises, either to buy or sell

I would recommend Andrew to a friend, primarily because of his character. Andrew was honest, kind, and alway had our best intentions in his efforts. My sense was that there a couple of occasions that a realtor who had more than a decade of experience, which Andrew does not yet have, might have been better able to answer a few of our questions. But, again, Andrew's character and clear desire to do his best was greatly appreciated by my wife and me.
