I would recommend Sheila Larsen to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. Sheila helped my husband and I sell our first house this summer, and prepared a thorough, informative market analysis to make sure we priced the property aggressively but fairly. Before listing the home, she hired a professional photographer to take interior and exterior pictures for her website. They turned our beautifully and generated tons of interest in the house. Sheila was great about following up any leads and scheduled multiple showings every day. Because of her diligence, we were able to sell our house within two weeks of listing. During the inspection and appraisal, we discovered there was a structural issue with the home that needed to be addressed prior to closing. Sheila has countless relationships with professionals in the Billings area and an excellent reputation which enabled her to have contractors on site within 24 hours. We had the work done for a fair price in time for the scheduled closing. She followed up almost daily to make sure everything was on track and was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. My husband and I would not hesitate to use Sheila as a contact for any future real estate transactions.

Ben was always available to show the property on a time schedule convenient to ours. He was quick to respond with accurate, helpful answers to our questions. If return phone calls were required he was speedy with a call back. Ben is a native to this area and thus extremely knowledgeable about the area. We had been looking for a lakefront property for several years and Ben graciously kept us informed as properties came on the market. He also helped us in determining price offers based on current market conditions, communicated our offer quickly and handled the offer/counter offer process efficiently. His assistance throughout the entire process from showing tto closing and after was professionally handled. Sheila is absolutely amazing in every sense of the word. Sheila is a true professional and was so helpful to my husband and I while purchasing our first home. Ben was recommended to us by a relative and we are so glad we went with him. We came into town and only had four days to house hunt. Ben did a ton of research and spent many hours driving us all over Flathead County. When we found the house we really loved, it was out of our price range. Ben did an excellent job helping us to negotiate the right price so we were able to afford it, yet it was still a fair price for the sellers. Ben was with us every step of the way, always easy to contact, and willing to do whatever it took to get us into the home of our dreams. I highly recommend him!
