Dawn knows the area, has a lot of experience, is patient and really enjoys real estate (I don't just mean the profession, I mean she likes properties, is interested in them and in people's opinion of value). She has great negotiation ideas which benefit both parties and gets the deal done. She is responsive, hard working, and on top of the details. Highly recommend.

We used Linda to buy a lake house at Foys Lake. We originally contacted her looking at a lot she had for sale at Ashley Lake but that sold and she helped us find something that suited us even better. We are canadian and had never purchased real estate in the USA before so she was very helpful and knowledgable helping us understand what we needed to do. <br/><br/>Linda is an excellent communicator- she responds very quickly to texts and emails and is always on top of paperwork and deadlines. She gave us great advice negotiating in the face of potential multiple offers and helped us secure the property we wanted. <br/><br/>She is the best realtor we have ever worked with and we would highly recommend her to anyone!

Sheila is the best! She helped me sell my home in Billings, even helped me pick up the mess after an storm left lots of damage the day before a showing! Her expertise was such that when a sale failed due to illness of the buyer, she brought me two competing back-up offers the next day. I can't speak highly enough of her through attention to detail, her knowledge of the marketplace and her ability to work with people.

We met Sheila approx 2 years ago when first looking for a second home.. I found her open, helpful, knowledgeable and eager to help us in any way possible. We were also looking in Wyoming and other areas outside Sheila's reach. The difference between the professionalism between the three Realtors was extreme. Sheila was absolutely heads above the rest. She worked diligently to find us that perfect property eventually locating and negotiating our home before it even hit the market! We are extremely happy with her and highly recommend her!

Jennifer is a very thorough and creative realtor. She helped guide us through the process of purchasing a home with skill and imagination.
