Sheila Larsen is a true professional every step of the way. We have been involved in numerous real estate transactions over the years and have worked with several different agents, most of them very good, but Sheila takes the prize. Beginning with the market analysis, she prepared a thorough and impressive presentation. She held multiple open houses for both Realtors and the public and gave us detailed feedback after each one. When another agent contacted her to show it, she immediately notified us even though we had moved out, and then followed up with that agent the same day to let us know how it went. She sent us weekly reports on listings, sales, and properties under contract. She was always eager to answer questions or give advice and was prompt in returning her calls. Sheila cares deeply about her clients and it shows.

Sheila did a great job for us purchasing a place as a rental in December of '23. Acting as dual agent, the process went smoothly from negotiating a common price to setting the mutual closing date. We will use her next time when the need arrives! And can highly recommend her services.
