This review is long overdue but over the summer I had the privilege of having Andrea Molzhon as our realtor. It was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had! Backstory - Andrea & I have been friends for awhile, I babysat all her kiddos, she was a bridesmaid in my wedding, & naturally when my husband & I were ready to buy a home my 1st thought was to go through her. What I didn’t expect was to put an offer on 1 house (the first house we looked at) & close on that house a month later! My husband & I were so new to the whole housing market but Andrea put up with all of our questions (which was A LOT) & we had late night convos, weekend calls, the whole nine yards. Buying a house, especially your first home, is so nerve racking but Andrea made it flow so smoothly! Cannot thank her enough for the part she had in helping us buy our first home! If you want a seamless process within the housing market (especially in Missoula) — go with Andrea! You won’t be disappointed!!

I can't recommend Lauren highly enough. My property was not a simple listing. It's a multi-unit home, and the sale happened while I was preparing a big move. Lauren handled all of it with skill, patience, and real care. She knows the Whitefish market inside and out and priced the property strategically. She marketed it beautifully and negotiated the best possible deal. Throughout the process she was responsive, honest, and always one step ahead, which helped tremendously while I was juggling a dozen other things across two continents. What stood out most is how far Lauren went beyond what any agent is expected to do. She was genuinely invested in my success, and she made a stressful, emotional chapter feel manageable. Choosing Lauren was one of the best decisions I made during this whole move, and I'd choose her again in a heartbeat.

Korynna went above and beyond when it came to her service. She often had to work outside business hours to work with my schedule. She also was very diligent in finding any ans all potential problems and eliminating them, both with the physical house and with the buy sell agreement. Jolena is an absolute gem. I have known her as a friend for years but I used to work with her as well in real estate. I hung up my license a while ago, but the experience taught me that not every agent is built the same way. Jolena takes her job seriously and it is reflected in how well she is doing in the industry. She is ethical, trustworthy and gets the job done which is highly important to my husband and I.
