We had been looking for a house for my daughter since late 2014. After one we were interested in was listed on April 1st. my daughter was shown the property the next day and an offer was made and we accepted the counter offer two days later. David was so helpful through the process. He answered all the questions we had asked. She moved in on May 15th. and everything was complete on the 18th.

Stephanie is honest and listens to what you are looking for. She doesn't try to over sell you. She always answers or returns your calls as quickly as possible. She knows the area extremely well. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the different financing options. She presented our offer and negotiated very well. We didn't have to worry about a thing, Everything was handled for us and there were no Surprises

David Fetveit helped my wife and I purchase a home while we lived in another state. Sheila Larsen is a 10!!! Incredibly personable and a GREAT listener! Very knowledgeable about the market, the homes available, and builders in the area. One of the most professional real estate agents we have met. My husband and I had a great experience working with Sheila and her colleague, Martha Ridgway, in our home search in Billings, Montana. She showed us homes in the price range we had given her and helped us narrow down our primary desires in our home search. We would recommend Sheila in a heartbeat!!

I live outside of California so having someone like Wendy was great. As laws vary from state to state, she was knowledgeable and ready to answer all of my questions. Wendy was so helpful along the way and willingly participated in my inspections on my behalf. She has also been a help getting estimates from Home Depot and Lowe's for home improvements. I have no criticisms of her and feel that I made the right decision!

Rebecca has great people skills and is very personable . Having looked all over the valley the last several years ( talking to dozens of agents) Rebecca stood out as exceptional . We would recommend her to anyone interested in our valley .
