My husband and I had spoken to several agents before Sheila was recommended to us. From the get go we knew she was the agent for us. She is an amazing, warm, and very caring agent. She went out of her way countless times to help us buy a house. She negotiated fairly and impressively when we decided on a house. We were able to stay in the price range we wanted without compromising on the structural stability of the house. Sheila was always 100% on top of everything going on: the market as it shifted, our jobs, how my husband was doing(recent dignosis of MS). She never let anything slip and her response time was always great. I would recommend Sheila to anyone and have ??. I haven't met a single person yet in our dealings that wasn't impressed with her demeanor, attitude, and knowledge. The respect she has been well earned from our prospectives.

Wendy was fantastic help in my move, even while she was out of state she was on top of issues arising with an offer on a short sale, and eventual offer on another property. She kept me fully informed and I knew I was in good hands. She gave me peace of mind!

Sheila is a wonderful, warm, and very caring agent. She negotiated fairly and impressively when we finally decided on a house and refused to let us be pushed around just because it was our first home. Sheila was always 100% on top of everything going on--the market as it shifted, our jobs, how the baby was--she never let anything slip. She's become a dear friend in the (many, many!) months it took us to find and buy a home and I cannot imagine our experience being any better. I would recommend Sheila to anyone--I haven't met a single person yet in our dealings that wasn't impressed with her demeanor, attitude, and knowledge.

Especially for an out of town buyer, THIS IS THE RIGHT GUY. David was always on top things and since we were not in the area David kept us up to date on both the process and the property. He assisted us with many of the things that need to be done "on location" but could not be done by us due to distance. He was both knowledgeable and helpful regarding the eccentricities of the area and the relevant legal situations in Montana. Five Stars. Thank you David

We listed our house with David and explained our situation and the timeline we needed to stick to, and he worked closely with us to ensure our house was sold in the timespan we needed. He was always available to talk if we had any questions and was happy to chat with us, even if it was 9pm on a Saturday. He is very familiar with the area and the real estate trends, so you can trust his advice. David is an amazing realtor that we would highly recommend.

She is all about finding the right home for her Customer. Also when she list a home does a great job of sell it to the right buyers. Just call her and you know you call the right person.

Dawn handled all aspects of the sale with great expertise, from finding the right setting, home, and making the process as painless as possible. She represented the buyer and seller which isn't always easy but I'm not sure we would have made a deal if it wasn't for her negotiating skills. She's trustworthy and knows Montana very well. Kudos all around.
