Chance did such an amazing job of finding several different home options within my budget. Anytime I reviewed a new house online that I liked, he would drop everything and meet me at the property to show it to me and point out all the pros and cons with a realistic and honest approach. He never sugar-coated the situation to "make a deal" and wanted to make sure I was 110% in LOVE with the property before I made an offer. When we found the house for me, Chance worked directly with my mortgage lender to make all the arrangements, was in constant communication with all parties involved and was giving me daily updates on our progress. Before I knew it, I was signing papers and calling new house "mine." The process was so smooth I felt like the papers practically signed themselves. He even made sure my closing date was in time for me to go on my annual family vacation to Rockin' the Rivers, which, I know, was not an easy task! I would recommend Chance to any one of my friends or family who were looking for new real estate to purchase! Thanks for all your work and follow-up, Chance! I LOVE MY NEW HOME!!!!

Sheila was great to work with and knew the billings community like the back of her hand. Wendy was PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY which made it easy for me to begin our journey of house hunting. It didn't take but a couple of outings to find the right house for me. Yes, I had all the basic requestsl lots of light excetrra excetrra...most important to me was I need a space large enough to fit my couches 13.5 x 5.5 ft and stay within my budget. Her skills shined brightly ! Not only did I have room but a fireplace, eat in kitchen and mother in law unit! OUTSTANDING! I never felt pressured when we were hunting in fact her KNOWLEDGE of Vallejo is what put me at ease the most. She is TRUTHFUL in her approach and and made it easy for me to be myself even when my nerves were fraying she never wavered . EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!
